What Clinic does today, module by module. Each clinic switches on the modules it uses.
Patients
Patient records with names in English and Arabic, contact details and medical alerts that show next to the patient's name. Find a patient by name, phone or file number, and archive records you no longer need.
Appointments and the Today board
Book by doctor, branch and appointment type, with a check against double-booking. The Today board shows each appointment's status in words: confirmed, waiting, in treatment, completed or no-show.
Visits and clinical records
Start a visit from an appointment or as a walk-in, record vital signs as measured and write notes. A signed note is never changed: corrections are added as signed amendments with a reason.
Billing
Invoices from your service catalogue, payments by method, patient balances and a daily summary. Amounts are kept in your clinic's own currency.
A template library in English and Arabic with rules for reminders and follow-ups. In manual mode staff open a chat with the message ready to send; in automatic mode Clinic sends on events and schedules. Templates cannot include clinical details.
Notifications
In-app notifications for staff, for example when a patient arrives for their doctor or stock runs low. Notification text never includes health details.
Inventory
Items and suppliers, stock by branch in lots with expiry dates, and every movement logged. Lists show what is running low and what expires soon.
Reports
Reports on appointments, patients, billing, clinical activity, dental work and inventory for any date range, by branch, with CSV files that open in a spreadsheet.
Multi-branch
Run several branches: assign staff to branches, set opening hours, and see each branch's day. Patients belong to the whole clinic.
Roles and permissions
Owner, doctor, assistant or nurse, receptionist and accountant roles to start with. Each clinic can adjust what a role allows and add its own roles.
English and Arabic
Every screen in English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic. Times, money and numbers use Western digits in both languages.
Web and mobile
Use Clinic in any modern browser, and the mobile app for staff. One account and the same records in both.
Privacy and access
Each person sees only what their role allows. Viewing and editing patient records is written to an audit log, and each clinic's data is kept separate from every other clinic's.
